1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BridgeVPN's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BridgeVPN ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Service Description

BridgeVPN provides dedicated VPN routing infrastructure, including application-level split-tunneling, RDP-safe network isolation, and global node access. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered feature access as described on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Critical infrastructure maintenance may occur without advance notice when necessary for security.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Distributing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or engaging in hacking activities
  • Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts or data
  • Reselling or redistributing the Service without explicit written authorization
  • Abusing server resources in a manner that degrades service for other users

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day verification period policy.

We offer a 30-day risk-free verification period for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within this period, contact support for a full refund.

Subscription prices may change with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and documentation associated with BridgeVPN are the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein. Our zero-log architecture is a fundamental design principle and not merely a policy choice.

8. Service Level and Availability

We target 99.98% uptime for our network infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance through our status page. Service credits may be available for extended outages as specified in your subscription tier's SLA.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BridgeVPN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BridgeVPN is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
